We are getting more calls and emails from people who want a practical introduction to cooking skills and knowledge, in an environment that is fun but informative, by teachers who are casual yet professional, in classes that are a mix of hands on and demonstration.
Many of us have not had the opportunity to learn cooking skills and recipes at home from their parents or grandparents while they were growing up, so these classes aim to fill that gap.
We welcome those people that think they can't cook at all. These people usually find it's not quite as daunting as they feared, and really relax and enjoy themselves.
We mostly cater for people who can cook 3 or 4 things well, but want to expand their culinary knowledge and enhance their cooking and/or presentation skills.
However, in the Let's Cook! classes there are challenges for those that think they are experts who might be surprised just how much more there is to learn and develop - all they have to do is ask and get involved!
We have hands on and demo classes for men, women and mixed groups, as well as fun cooking classes for kids. Our BBQ cooking classes are for guys and gals, and we even have cooking classes for team building and private groups.
We have had over 5000 people do our classes, and the two things they say they get out of it is they find it relaxing, and it builds their confidence. So what are you waiting for?
