Supplier terms and conditions

1.  NetBookings listings are free setup with no fixed term.
2.  Commission
Priority listings
Appear above all standard listings!
20% commission for Gift Vouchers from NetBookings WEB sites and affiliates.
10% commission for bookings and products from NetBookings WEB sites and affiliates.
5% commission for all sales from the client web site
3% commission for all sales by logged in Booking Agents
0% commission for bookings, vouchers and products entered by staff

Standard listings
15% commission for Gift Vouchers from NetBookings WEB sites and affiliates.
10% commission for bookings and products from NetBookings WEB sites and affiliates.
5% commission for all sales from the client web site
3% commission for all sales by logged in Booking Agents
0% commission for bookings, vouchers and products entered by staff

3.  Credit Card Processing
NetBookings processes the credit cards and obsorbs all merchant costs and will pay the client the total value of the certificate or booking minus the commission 30 days after purchase via direct deposit into the supplied client account.

4.  NetBookings web sites

5.  The Client shall endeavour to keep the information in the database that relates to their business up to date.

6.  NetBookings reserves the right to change the commission rate at any time.
But must let the Client know 90 working days prior.

7.  Cancellations
Commission is still payable at the normal rate or $50 per booking whichever is the lesser amount. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform and provide documentation of the cancellation to NetBookings for a credit under ‘special’ circumstances. Eg. Motor Vehicle accident. NetBookings retains ownership of all software and other intellectual property.

8.   NetBookings reserves the right to incorporate logos and/or links to NetBookings WEB site on all systems.
9.   All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
10. Each party will maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information and neither party will disclose Confidential Information of the other party to any third person without the prior written consent of the other party.

11. NetBookings will make reasonable endeavours to maintain the computer hardware and software to the best of our abilities.
Glossary

Client means the person, partnership or body corporate who/which has registered and accepted these terms and conditions.
User means a customer or client of the User.
GST means the tax imposed or assessed by the GST Act and its related legislation and includes any similar or substitute impost introduced in the future.
Confidential Information means information of confidential, secret or sensitive nature and includes all information relating to the outlined subject below
a.    the parties, their staff, employees and contractors;
b.    this Agreement;
c.    Client or User Information;
d.    financial information of any party
e.    Intellectual Property.
